ABC’s planned reality competition Let’s Dance won’t make its original Nov. 23 premiere, but the Kathy Griffin-hosted show is still in the works for next year, a production source says. The series — in which celebrities reenact famous dance numbers — could air as either a midseason replacement or as summer fare, the source tells EW. The original plans were scuttled when producers found their preferred celebrities’ holiday schedules too complicated to work around.

Yeah, it’s obvious that Kathy Griffin can’t carry a regular-season show at all….she’ll likely be banished to the dead summertime schedule.
I don’t TOTALLY buy the scheduling excuse, because there’s a *TON* of D-list celebs out there DYING for attention…any attention…
Still not going to watch!!!!
THIS JUST SOUNDS LIKE A BIG MISTAKE
Sounds like Griffin dodged a bullet on this one. ABC reality shows, DWTS notwithstanding are usually a big mess. Networks need to let Kathy be Kathy in a sitcom or talk show. Her ballbusting humor would be wasted on a show like this. Let Seacrest and the like do this kind of gig.
Kathy can do better than this.
Well what do you know… maybe more people than me wrote to ABC to say no amount of money would entice me to watch anything with Kathy Griffin. She’s awful. Her outing over the previous New Year’s and her E! red carpets were disgusting to watch. She isn’t fit for network television,
