Well first of all ROTF wasn’t a terrible movie. I grew up watching G-1 transformers, and I think Bay did a good job with the story line and cheezy lines from the bots I remember from the cartoon. It’s always harder to make a sequel better than the first. But as a transformers fan i’m still 50/50 with the 1st and 2nd. I thought they were both good. And ROTF was only 8 min. longer than the 1st film so don’t complain about how long it was.

People don’t like transformers 2 mostly because they don’t appreciate CGI. They think just cuz it’s CGI then it’s easy and cheap to do. Well guess what? Being a computer graphics designer, I can tell you it’s not. Let’s put a computer in front of you and see if you can do better!

Well, at least it won’t match Dark Knight. I’m still pissed that such a terrible film, with such bad reviews, would do such strong box office. Really, people – just because they make it, doesn’t mean you have to waste $10 to see it.

Transformers: I liked the first, I liked the second. It’s a fun movie.
Public Enemies: So much wasted potential. Depp and Bale, both good actors to show you the life of Dillinger or how the FBI was formed in response to his gang. This movie shows you neither. Nothing about the planning of their robberies, why Dillinger robs banks, or anything. Did you know Dillinger had jobs and was married and divorced before he became a bank robber? Now I just gave you more plot than the movie does in 2 1/2 hours of random gunfights and anticlimax. You’ll get a better story reading the Dillinger wikipedia entry than going to this movie.
