Jurassic Park and Transformers 2 are my 2 favorite movies, on earth, so don’t diss them. I’m not sure which one I like more. I just don’t understand why everyone says it is so bad. It wasn’t meant to win Oscars. It was meant to be a movie that will make people enjoy themselves, but the haters just couldn’t see the movie because they were too busy looking and fiddling at the stick that was up their butt…

Mandy, x men wolverine was competing head to head against star trek. For many people on a budget, they most likely went to see the better reviewed movie, star trek, and saved until wolverine comes out on dvd. If TX2 had to compete against Harry Potter it would not have made the same amount of money.

Fulcrumshift:I wouldn’t have wanted it to be any longer,I just wanted more focus on the robots/action,which is what I went to see. Comic relief is a part of action films,but this seemed like a comedy with action relief. Bay had actually said he was going to focus MORE on the robots in this one and I don’t feel like that happened. I think there were some non-sensical parts that could have been left out for the sake of showing more of the actual Transformers. It’s not about wanting “my” Transformers,it’s about wanting to see the Transformers in general. Bay introduced great new characters and wasted them by giving them next to no screen time.
