I performed, as a guitarist, at Sarah and Matthew’s wedding in NY with the Peter Duchin Band, and remember them as “the real deal,” a couple in love.
I now do weddings in Naples, Florida, for other “in love” brides and grooms… they are a special family now…

What’s the scoop with these little babies? Are Sarah and Matthew the biological parents but they were carried by a surrogate? Or is the surrogate also an egg donor? Anybody know?

The lady who carried the couple’s twins was a “gestational surrogate.” She supplied no genetic material, just the use of her uterus. Presumably, the egg(s) were Sarah’s and the sperm were Matthew’s – though we’ll likely never know that.
CONGRATULATIONS to the whole family. After so much bad publicity about SJP and Matthew, it’s nice to see something to smile about. Sweet babies and darling big brother!
