I absolutely LOVE this show. I am a nurse and I think the reality is more than a lot of people fathom. This IS in fact an entertainment geared show- however, the situation is totally doable. I don’t condone the behavior- but as others have said- its a darn good show and I am excited to begin season 2. This is the ONLY show I watch on TV, and I think its awesome!!!

i am a nurse and i believe this show depicts alot of truths! nursing is good and bad EVERYDAY!! it will stress you out and make you feel fulfilled all in the same breath. If people want to complain about how nurses handle things then they should be treated better and cared for when an addiction issue comes up. Instead of losing your license, you should get help. BY THE WAY, THE SHOW IS AWESOME. CANT WAIT FOR SEASON 2 LOL

Just got Showtime – niece said watch Nurse Jackie – watched entire Season 1 in one setting it was so good – now only regret I have to wait for more episodes!!!!
