Betty gets some action in tonight’s season finale of ABC’s Ugly Betty, even if it’s only in her mind. Antonio Sabato Jr. (The Bold and the Beautiful) told EW that he’ll play himself in a special sequence dreamed up by the heroine herself. “It’s
the first time in my career I was asked to play myself. It was easy and
required no skills,” Sabato told EW while walking the red carpet of the American Idol finale Wednesday. “I got up one morning, flew to New York and did my
thing. It’s a dream sequence. Betty and I met at an
event, and then she has a dream about me. She wants a little Antonio Sabato Jr.
action. My name was said a lot in the sequence to amp up the comedy.”
It won’t be the last time he appears as himself in a TV show. Sabato shot a reality show in Hawaii for VH-1 called My Antonio that’ll debut Oct. 19. He’s mum about the details but gave these hints about the project: “There were ample
opportunities for everyone to be in bikinis. I am not allowed to talk too much
about it, but there was a winner. My kids weren’t involved. Just
my mom. She wants me to be happy, and I thought I could give it a shot. It has worked out at least temporarily for Bret Michaels—like, three

JUST FINISHED THE UGLY BETTY FINALE….I HAVE NOT BEEN SO SADDENED BY AN ENDING IN A LONG TIME; I KNOW IT IS ONLY A TELEVISION SERIES; BUT WHEN YOU CAN BE TOUCHED BY A SERIES SO STRONGLY IT SHOWS THE MARK OF QUALITY..WAY TO GO BETTY CREATERS AND WRITERS ON SUCH A FANTASTIC SEASON AND AN A+ SEASON ENDING!!!!
Loved the Season Finale…Betty is back on track. If we could only get Gio back, but Matt is starting to grow on me.

I liked the dream sequence packed with Gio references: You know, when this hot italian actor frenched Betty gooood. With the tongue, though it wasn’t ordered from Gio’s Deli… it was hot. Yeah, the hot dog. Argh… I really want Gio back (Freddy Rodriguez please come back!)
Anyway, I really think this season finale was really good. I will repeat what I said somewhere else. If the episodes of this poorly planned season 3 were half as good as this season finale, the ratings wouldn’t have been so low.
And please, Silvio Horta. Matt is too insipid. I am a Getty Girl and I was GLAD to see Henry again. That’s how boring Matt/Betty relationship is. And I bet he’s making Daniel Eric Gold a regular next season
This show has really gone downhill. I did not care for the ending.
I thought that though not as funny, it was a solid episode overall, c’mon, their season endings are usually sad and someone always dies, in this case molly. But it set up lots of juicy things for next season so I’m looking forward to it, even if stupid abc moves it to friday night graveyard.

I didn’t think the season finale was great, but I enjoyed it. (I’ve especially enjoyed watching Betty and Marc somewhat become friends without compromising the taunts he and Amanda still lob at their elderly aunt.) I also thought the scene where Daniel saw Molly at the MAMA awards was sad and touching.
Just one quick question though: why was Matt at the park when he witnessed Betty and Henry’s kiss? We know Betty was there because of the Facebook feed item and because Henry wanted her to find him. But why was Matt there? (Other than to catch them kissing?) Was he following Betty? Did he Facebook friend Henry, see his status and figure that’s where Betty might go? It didn’t make sense.
Also, I’m kind of sick of Henry. I get that he’s Betty’s “first love”, but this is a guy who has a baby with someone else AND a current girlfriend…and he’s going around kissing his ex (who’s ALSO in a commited relationship). Not exactly swoon-worthy, if you ask me. (But I’m a dude.)
Hated that Henry was back, would have been much happier had it been Gio.
Poor Daniel! I feel so bad for him! I do wish however Henry would have stayed in Arizona, but I wonder why no one asked Henry what happened with the baby and Charlie? That was never mentioned. I also can’t figure out if Matt is the new editor or is Betty? With him being Betty’s boss now is he in charge of her new postion or old one as an assistant?
I loved the show..BUT not the ending. I like her with Matt…Henry has outlived his usefulness. Poor Daniel, but, the person who really changed him is Betty..and I say that they will get together before the show is over. They ae perfect together!!!
I too wasn’t crazy about the ending. Is Matt THAT insecure? The writers should have had him say something like he now has trust issues or something. And the Molly thing…sad but one question: How did the ambulance know to go there, how cone no police, and how come nobody called him!?

Great double episode! Sets up many plot possibilities for next season. Is Connor back? Did he return because Molly was dying? Will he partner with Willi to get Meade back? He adds some intrigue and mystery to the show. Who was the child of Cal and Claire that was put up for adoption? Daniel? Alex/Alexis? Councillor Ernie? Will Matt become an evil tyrant like Cal? Will he get back together with Betty or exact terrible revenge? What position exactly did Cal give him? Claire’s? Willi’s? Daniel’s? Above all of them? And poor Daniel. Eric Mabius is a great actor; he played subtly and perfectly the irresponsible shallow playboy slowly maturing and morphing into the caring, loyal boss, lovestruck married man, and now devastated widower. I hope his part doesn’t get written out. I think he’s great, and I’m a straight guy. Love this series; the cast and writing are phenomenal.
I would like to see Matt and Betty next season, he would have more confidence if Betty supported him as much as he supports her, she has been kinda all over the place lately. It would be a shame to lose the wonderfully dysfunctional Hartley family now they have been so nicely developed. Claire, Daniel, Matt and Betty would be formidable against Willi, maybe with Connor’s money she gets back, and Matt’s mom out to get Betty.
Lots more to come, but give Matt some backbone please and some commitment from Betty. She could end up with Daniel, but he needs time to recover before another relationship anyway.
I actually thought this season finale was a symptom of what landed UB on Friday nights next season. It was predictable, stale, and although it was at moments touching, it wasn’t exactly a nail-biter or a laugh-riot.
Molly and Daniel’s relationship was fantastic — she’s the most likable character introduced to the show in ages, so they kill her off as quickly as possible?
Matt and Henry in any relationship with Betty are boring, obnoxious, and absurd. She deserves better than both of them, which is why dislike them so ardently — If you’re going to bring someone back, make it Gio, please. He was the only one who had enough personality, character, and background to handle Betty.
Oh, and just in case you were mistaking this show for a sitcom, let’s get rid of Christina and her plucky Scottish humor…
The only turn in the show that I’ve really liked this season is bringing Amanda and Marc’s characters into Betty’s life as more than just character foils.

I really cant understand why there was so much desperation to kill Mooly off the show. For me and most i have talked to, she is great character for the show and i personally enjoy here relationship with Daniel so much and their chemistry has improved. I hope she is brought back into the show some how in season 4.
Was a very sad finale but please bring back Molly!!! We never saw the dead body so can be easier to bring her back.

I love Matt and Betty!! I used to love Henry but now he’s just boring. I love how Matt is so into Betty and it’s sad that she can’t see that and return those feelings. I get it about the first love thing and all but Matt is way better for her! Let them get back together.
i think they should bring molly back and say she didnt die and they wernt her ashes because he compleatly transformed daniel into a compleatly diffrent man and it was nice
