I think she would do great in Footloose! Although I don’t know about Chase Crawford, I think he should just stick to Gossip Girl and crappy movies. I want Footloose to be successful, and I think Julianne will help it do well. But I would rather see Nolan Grerard Funk as Ren!

Anne Hathaway is playing Judy Garland. In that spirit, I would love to see Julianne play Ginger Rogers in a movie about the relationship between Rogers and Astaire.
I would love to see Julianne and a competent male dancer/actor recreate some of Astaire and Rogers most famous dances on the screen.

What part of SHE HAS NOT LEFT DANCING WITH THE STARS does EW not understand. She is only taking next season off, JULIANNE IS NOT LEAVING THE SHOW PERMANETLY. Try to get the facts straight. Julianne is still under contract with DWTS for a while according to what she has said.

Derek is definitely much better suited to play Ren. He already has in the West End in London and got rave reviews. Let Julianne play Rusty if they really want her in the movie too. Look what that did for Sarah Jessica Parker. Derek should be Ren!!!
