You should know that the 24 producers decided to welcome back Jack’s daughter — who’s no stranger to life-threatening situations, terrorist- or cougar-based — only after cautious consideration. “Kim has been easily targeted and lampooned by fans, so we had to do it very carefully,” says exec producer Howard Gordon. “Elisha was as sensitive to this as we were.”
And what should viewers expect from the comeback Kim? Now the mother of a daughter named Teri (after her own mom), Kim resurfaces tonight in a story tied to Jack’s battle with his deadly disease. “Their relationship was far from healed the last time we saw her, so the capacity for that emotional rift to be healed was the emotional center of bringing her back,” says Gordon, noting that Kim will stick around for the rest of the season. “She’s not a victim or someone who’s going to cause Jack any harm. She tries to save his life…. We took a few stabs at different ways to bring her back, and we think we finally found a way that fans will really appreciate — and, more importantly, that Jack will appreciate.”

really disappointed in tonights episode. 24 usually is out there, but now it completely makes no sense.
They could set a camera on Elisha for the entire hour and keep me hooked. She is one beautiful woman. Glad to see she’s back…and for the rest of the season too.
Throughout her entire tenure on 24, Kim has had the ability to bring the show to a screeching halt. I’m kinda dreading these last 8 hours if she’s sticking around the rest of the season.
Was kind of dreading Kim’s comeback, but her character seems to have matured a lot . . . Madame Prez should be so lucky in her offspring. Poor Jack: Kim comes around the same hour Tony goes back to the Dark Side!

I think Elisha is beatiful, and I am looking forward to seeing her back. But what’s up with Tony?!
My guess about Tony is that since it seems that he lets Larry Moss live by doing a knock-out choke-hold rather than a kill choke-hold, that he’s actually going deeper undercover within Blackwater, err, Starkweather, err, Halliburton, err, what was the name of the company again? — is to find out how many more of the prion bombs might be out there, given that they were developed in Sangala (which means that there’s likely more of them no matter how many that Juma sent to Blackstoneyburton). Either that, or he’s trying to ferret out where all of the corrupt federal agents are getting recruited from. Which should theoretically set up a crossover with Chuck in which Tony infiltrates FULCRUM.
Sorry, i dont think Tony gave Larry a knock out chokehold?! His eyes were open as he died and im pretty sure there was no evidence or sings of any pre-arrnaged fake death sequence, the guy’s dead, next promo all but confirms it. Sorry
