Ratings: CBS wins the night, but Obama and 'The Bachelor' score for ABC

Categories: Ratings

Despite a truncated lineup due to President Obama’s press conference, CBS still won Monday night. The Eye’s Two and a Half Men was the evening’s top show, with 14.9 million viewers. A special Big Bang Theory benefited from the Two and a Half Men lead-in, drawing 13.1 million watchers. Capping off the night, 13.7 million fans tuned in to see CSI: Miami guest star Sean Combs square off against David Caruso.

Meanwhile, ABC had a solid night, thanks to President Obama’s address and the romantic pursuits of a single father. The Alphabet network nabbed the most viewers for the Presidential press conference (11.5 million). That led nicely into The Bachelor, which drew 10.9 million people, almost on par with last week’s 11 million.

Heroes was great last night, so sorry to see it so far below those other shows. Speaking of Heroes, WHERE is the recap?

Everyone who loves the “teeny bopper” movie Twilight, please get a life! Tired of women (ages 39 and up) going googly eyed over this movie and putting posters up, “team edward” shirts, etc. Gimme a break!
