Grey’s Anatomy’s Jeffrey Dean Morgan is set to reunite with his P.S. I Love You costar Hilary Swank for the suspense thriller The Resident. In the film, which starts production in May, Swank plays a single doctor who moves into a loft in Brooklyn and soon suspects that she’s not alone…. Don’t worry, Morgan isn’t a ghost. He’s the deceptively charming landlord that’s obsessed with her.
Finnish music video director Antti J. Jokinen will direct the Hammer Films picture from a script he cowrote with Savior’s Robert Orr (and had rewritten by Secretary’s Erin Cressida Wilson). Swank is among the film’s exec producers. Morgan, who (fingers crossed) may have finally made his last appearance as Denny on Grey’s, will hit theaters in March as The Comedian in Zack Snyder’s Watchmen.

I hope the movie is good. I like me some JDM (well .. from a ‘Supernatural’ perspective anyway *wink wink*). And I did enjoy his part in “PS I Love You” .. plus some other stuff he’s been in .. although frankly, I don’t watch “Grey’s Anatomy” .. so I’ve been fortunate to miss out watching THAT storyline.

Jeffery Dean Morgan didn’t star in PS I Love You with Hilary Swank. It was his near-twin, Gerard Butler. Equally cute, but there was a major Irish accent difference.
Actually Jeffrey Dean Morgan was in P.S. I love you with Hilary Swank. He just wasn’t the “star.” He played her husband’s (Gerard Butler) best friend.
Jeffrey Dean Morgn played “William” in PS I Love You- an old friend of Gerard Butler’s character and a love interest for Hillary Swank’s character. They meet after she is widowed while on vacation with her girl friends in Ireland. For the record Gerard Butler could only wish to look as good as Jeffrey Dean Morgan – Jeffrey would win that race by a mile. And that’s saying something when you consider how cute Gerry can be.
i cant believe that so many people are hatting on Jeffrey’s work on Grey’s Anatomy.. ok, granted it was a little far stretched, but come on, its JEFFREY DEAN MORGAN for cryin out loud.. he can pull off anything.. and for me his role as Denny made me laugh,cry and i came really close to yelling at the television and saying “your gonna make my heart stop and it’s brand new”.. lol get it.. =D.. well N E ways, i’m glad that his career has shot up the way it did.. i’m happy for him. and if i’m not able to see him as Denny, i can b sure to see him on the big screen.
