Neve Campbell returning to television in 'The Philanthropist'?

Great news for Party of Five fans: Series alum Neve Campbell is close to signing a deal to costar in The Philanthropist, a midseason drama for NBC that features James Purefoy (Rome) as a bazillionaire who uses his great wealth to help people. In her first major TV role since Party, Campbell will play the wife of a character played by Jesse Martin (Law & Order). As the head of a charitable foundation, her character will work closely with (and perhaps crush on?) Purefoy’s character. To prepare for the role, Campbell will have to update her passport; the globetrotting series is shooting in England and South Africa.
