Who doesn’t love watching giant characters in helium-balloon form before overloading on turkey? NBC will broadcast the 82nd Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on Nov. 27, and the network has just finalized the list of performers, which includes Miley Cyrus, David Archuleta, Kristen Chenoweth, James Taylor, the Cheetah Girls, Darius Rucker, Trace Adkins, and…900 clowns! The Manhattan-based festivities — which will be hosted by a Today triumvirate of Meredith Vieira, Matt Lauer, and Al Roker — airs from 9 a.m. to noon.

David Archuleta is good, but he’s not THAT good. His new cd is so so. Only a couple of real standout songs. It’ll be fun to see him on a float though.
Don’t forget Charice Pempengco! She is also one of the artists who will be performing at the parade, although she’s not listed on the lineup of guest performers. Watch her guesting on Oprah under “The Most Talented Girl in the World” and you’ll be amazed by her voice. She has David Foster behind her career and will be releasing an album sometime next year. Watch her videos in YouTube and you’ll experience goosebumps.
