A month before Britney Spears’ sixth studio album, Circus, hits stores, it’s now time for the big album art reveal! Spears’ official site, Britney.com, has the exclusive on this one, but in case you’re not refreshing the page as often as we are, here it is.
While we have yet to hear Circus in its entirety, those who have report that the album is Britney at her finest — closer to her pop beginnings with Swedish song maestro Max Martin, but still edgy where it needs to be. If the chart-topping performance of “Womanizer” is any indication — “It’s cool!” Justin Timberlake recently told EW — Circus could be a huge hit.

What the cover lacks in controversy, it makes up for in being thoroughly uninteresting.
I’m also glad to see that this girl seems to be getting her life back together, but that doesn’t mean that her cover art has to be Dullsville.
She looks beautiful. I love the cover. It’s not as risque as I would have expected, but then…Britney almost never does what’s expected. That’s how she keeps on the edge of our seats. This album is going straight to the top of the charts. I bet “Circus” and all of its singles are going to do phenomenally well. “Circus” is going to get the sales, attention and radio play that dear “Blackout” should’ve received.

she is obviously copying Christina Aguilera’s Back to Basics. In her tour Christina sang Enter the circus and the stage was equipped with circus elements…moreover all her tour is based on the circus in fact the first melody remember a circus….

I think she somewhat got inspired by Christina’s Back To Basics album….I mean the whole Circus theme. Christina did it in Back To Basics.

Yea I saw a few options for the circus cover Britney was working with. I kinds liked the clown makeup with the ring leader top hat in the tune top. Kinds have it that whole menacing but cute circus feel. This ones cute too…but misleading..now pinks cover for funhouse was on the money!
