Ricky Paull Goldin heading to 'All My Children'

Fresh off the announcement that he is leaving CBS soap opera Guiding Light, daytime vet Ricky Paull Goldin has signed on to play Dr. Jake Martin on ABC's All My Children. The new deal was announced just one week after the actor announced that he was exiting the CBS soap he called home for seven years, saying "it's time for a new adventure." Jake, last played by Kyle XY's J. Eddie Peck in 2003, is the younger brother of Pine Valley's resident scamp Tad. Episodes with Goldin will begin airing by the end of April.
