Today the U.S. embassy reversed its decision and granted Amy Winehouse a visa so the Brit singer could attend this Sunday’s Grammy Awards, a Grammy insider tells EW.com. Unfortunately, the controversial artist has decided to stay put in the U.K. “Logistically, it’s too late for her to fly to the U.S. and rehearse to perform,” says the insider. “She will still perform via satellite.” Winehouse is up for multiple Grammys including album and record of the year and best new artist. She will perform her hit song “Rehab” and will accept her award via satellite if she wins. The singer, known for her alleged drug abuse and seemingly erratic behavior, entered a rehab facility two weeks ago.
